Rules
1. A character have to be approved by admins before posting.
2. Read Guidelines, Taken AI, FAQ, Leader Biographies, Demon Hunters and List of Powers before creating a character.
3. Powers that are noted as "cannot be chosen" in the Powers ABC really cannot be chosen. There has to be an exceptional reason if we are to
make an exception and it is not very likely that we ever will so please do not chose any of those powers.
4. You may think up a new power that is not listed in the Power ABC, but if so you have to give admins a through-out description of what the power can
and can't do, weaknesses and strengths, and your power has to be approved by the admins beforehand. Unless the power has obvious limitations it will
not be approved and it may not be too similar, or the same, as any existing power.
